What Are You Reading Today?

I just got a book I’ve been waiting a long time for: The Angel’s Game, by Carlos Ruiz Zafon.

I read his other book, called The Shadow of the Wind, and thought it was just wonderful – so am really excited to see if he really is a good author or if that was just a fluke.

What are you reading?

Just finished "The Weight of Silence" by Heather Gudenkauf. It was pretty intense. I have started another book, but can't recall the title or author just now.

  2. Oh my gosh! This book is so good. The writing alone is well worth buying the book, even if the you weren't interested in the story - which you will be, because it's good too! I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for more by this author.

  3. I started Prodigal Son, 1st in a Frankenstein series by Dean Koontz, and am working on a book called "Mistakes Were Made, (but not by me)", and Farley Mowat's "High Latitudes". I'm looking forward to reading more of Zafons' too!

  4. I just started The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I have been reading The Wonder of Girls, Into the Woods and Collapse. I think that may be too many at a time. I am not making a lot of progress on Collapse. The Jared Diamond book are always very enlightening but they are not easy reads.
