3 Gallons

I recieved a certificate in the mail the other day from The Blood Bank of Alaska saying that I'd reached the 3-gallon mark!

That's a lot of blood.

I'm rather proud of myself, actually. I just might have that thing framed.

  1. I stumbled across your blog I am not sure about the blood bank backround of your story other than what you shared here. It sounds like a great thing to do. Framing it that is. I am a mostly vegan - green tea drinker (85 percent dark chocolate is one of my non-vegan foods I eat).

Great blog and the charitable work you do is great.

Must have not much left, huh?

    But it is achievement, definitely.

  3. That's Great!!!
It was a family tradition for us; my mother mange to give a total of 100 gallons in her life time. I had been giving for 30 years, but unfortunately, regrettable I was cut off last year from future donating.
Nothing has changed on my part, health wise; Red Cross had changed.
